Our Action Plan To Introduce
Our Consultation & Software Solution:
1. Software Introduction
We
know that keeping up with technology
is challenging. Before formulating
any opinions, we ask for your commitment
to a 30 minute webinar presentation.
This gives your team leaders a joint
opportunity to "see" our software
in action in a live demonstration.
We use this opportunity to show
you a scaled down demonstration
of your organization's data structure
and data management features.
2. Needs Assessment
An assessment of your agency
size, objectives, and core areas
of challenge impacting your organization's
information flow are reviewed. We
review the structure of your teams,
clinicians, case loads, support
staff, project management, team
development, and communication channels,
and of course your technology infrastructure.
This is best accomplished with an
initial meeting with your management
team and core end users. The goal
of this meeting is to provide a
more formal demonstration of your
organization's Wiki Protocol based
on prior discussions and to respond
directly to any additional questions
or requests for customization. We
hold a unique advantage in this
process having both clinical and
technology experts working jointly
on your project. This allows us
to work efficiently to outline an
effective plan.
3. Proposal
Having learned about your
organization's needs, scale, and
objectives we deliver a concise
proposal and timeline for the development,
customization, and deployment of
your agency's wiki. We set training
dates and a deadline for your Wiki
to go Live! We deliver solutions
to meet your deadlines.
4. Delivery
Acceptance
of our proposal results in the development
and "Going Live" of your customized
Wiki with customized fields. This
is accomplished with at least one
day of on-site specification development
and ongoing follow-up.
