Our services follow a proven methodology:
1. Software Introduction
We know that keeping up with technology
is challenging. Before formulating any
opinions, we ask for your commitment
to a 30 minute presentation either in
person or via computer-based conference
call using Webex. For more information
see
www.webex.com. After this presentation
a decision is made to move to Step 2
through your request for a Needs Assessment.
2. Needs Assessment
An assessment of your agency size, objectives,
and core areas of challenge impacting
your organization's information flow
are reviewed. We review the structure
of your teams, clinicians, case loads,
support staff, project management, team
development, and communication channels,
and of course your technology infrastructure.
This is best accomplished with an initial
meeting with your CEO or designated
company officer. Our preference is to
proceed by meeting with at least one
manager, one service provider, and one
support staff person for one hour each
to have a comprehensive scope of the
company needs. If you have a technology
department or sub-contracted provider
we meet with a representative from that
division as well, though we recognize
many organizations do not have such
a department on-site.
3. Proposal
Having learned about your organization's
needs and interests we can present a
Wiki proposal outlining cost and
outcomes. A Wiki can be delivered
within a matter of days.
4. Delivery
Acceptance of our proposal results in
the development and "going live" of
your customized Wiki or database with
customized fields. This is accomplished
with at least one day of on-site specification
development.
